1. Introduction

2.7 Termination

Termination during probationary period or due to indisciplinary action shall face legal consequences and challenges. All the damages, losses incurred and defamation caused by the employee, shall be charged to the employee terminated. Failure to pay the amount, shall result in the extension of the course to legal action, all legal charges will be charged upon the employee terminated.

You are expected to conduct yourself in a professional and respectful manner at all times, showing courtesy and respect to colleagues, clients, and other stakeholders.

3.2 Harassment and Discrimination

Harassment and discrimination of any kind will not be tolerated. Please refer to the company’s separate Anti-Harassment and Equal Opportunity Policy for details.

3.3 Safety

Your safety and the safety of your colleagues are of utmost importance. You must adhere to all safety guidelines and policies to maintain a safe workplace.
